This large 2,300 sq. ft. house features a Great Room with 25' vaulted ceilings, gas fire place and a second floor wrap around balcony. The main floor is an open concept that allows all of your friends and family to be together; a first floor design as large as this is a rarity on Fire Island. The new kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large island to congregate. There is a Flat Screen, WIFI throughout the house. There are two master suites and one with a walk out to a second story balcony. It's perfect for two families. The two upstairs bedrooms feature cathedral ceilings and beautiful views of the village.
Unique to the house is a feature wall built from salvaged barn boards. The Durham, NY barn, built Circa 1850, offers a vintage look to this new era beach house.
The house has full central air and heat, not wall mounted air conditioners. All of the beds, bedding and furniture are new, as well as the patio set and washer & dryer.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, serving platters, pots, pans, dish towels, and anything else you might need. There is a Keurig, Microwave and toaster.
The house is on the south east part of Ocean Beach just a stroll from the water or one beach walk from Seaview. There are bicycles for transportation, beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach.
It is a great get-a-way place.
Lastly, please note that the Village of Ocean Beach limits the number of persons in each bedroom. There can be only two unrelated people in each bedroom for a maximum of 8 unrelated people regardless of what the house can accommodate.

July and August are full week rentals only. (Sunday to Sunday) unless specified.
In the Village of Ocean Beach it is prohibited to rent less than a week, therefore the blocks of time are given regardless of house much you can use the house.
