The spacious family room has an open floor plan attached to a newly installed kitchen with vaulted ceilings complete with GE Monogram refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, pantry, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker & Keurig coffee maker. Hardwood floors recently refurbished. Interior/ exterior newly painted. All new beds/ mattress/ bedding.
Located a few houses from the beach, the sun and sand are waiting. Use the kayak, boogie boards or beach chairs or enjoy an outdoor shower. The spiral stair case to the second floor features grand windows and beautiful views.
The house has central air. Every room is a on a different cooling zone. There is also heating in every room.
